Some days ago I was in a supermarket looking for some ham, and while the clerk was asking me which one I wanted an old miss with white hair – about seventy years old – toldme: “I suggest you that one, boy.” “Thank you old miss, you are so kind. Can you help me in another thing? I was thinking about if is possible to combine pairs of AC/DC and Beastie Boys songs alternating acappellas and instrumentals.” “Uhm…I must listen to an example.” “Yeah, tomorrow on my blog!!!1” “Kthnxbai.”
So, here are six mashups using three AC/DC’s and three B/B’s tracks: now the music and the acappellas don’t perfectly beatmatch, and the sound quality is crap, but I have to meet some people at 17:30 and everytime someone complains that I’m late because I usually think about other useless things instead of opening the flat door, closing the flat door, going down the stair, opening the main door, closing the main door, going to the metro station, that is fortunately near my house: sometimes the metro stations could be far, but in my case it’is near. And if in the next house I will live in the metro station will be far? Oh, I hope it will be near, not fa- uh oh! 17:29 now!
Highway to hell vs. Intergalactic
One of the last performance of Bon Scott (‘Highway to hell’, 1979) and another dimension-another dimension from ‘Hello Nasty’, 1998.
To the hell:
Shot down in flames vs. Ch Check It Out
The sixth track from ‘Highway to hell’ again and the first single from ‘To the 5 Boroughs’, 2004.
Rock n roll train vs. Hey ladies
The excel-lent single of the australian band (from “Black Ice”, out the last 17 october) and my favourite track from ‘Paul’s Boutique’, 1989.
Which one would you choose for an almost normal quality version? Let me know!
